SOUL Quality Policy

 

 

SOUL doing its works in accordance with the quality system of the International Standard (ISO 9001/2008). The Library is keen to provide sources of both paper-based and electronic materials in terms of books, periodicals; scientific articles and research works provided by famous companies distribute international databases to support the educational process and the areas of scientific research at the university faculties, as well as providing activities to serve the community surrounding the library.
SOUL focuses upon the users’ needs and updates its collection in order to serve all disciplines at the university faculties. The library also follows a policy to renew its collection continually.
On the other hand, SOUL seeks to develop its human resources and supports them with the new trends in the field of their career through training and skills development and continuing education. The library team is doing their works according to the principles of transparency and neutrality and active participation. The commitment of quality is the main responsibility of all employees.
