An introductory lecture on: The establishment of the African Union and Egypt’s foreign policy towards Africa

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Jamal Sami, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Hisham Tamraz, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environment Affairs, the Central Library received on Wednesday, December 14, Dr. Sama Suleiman, Undersecretary of the Foreign Arab and African Affairs Committee in the Senate, to talk about Egypt’s foreign policy towards the African continent, as part of the activities Organizing the African Union simulation model, which is organized by the Department of Political Science at the Faculty of Economics and Administration in cooperation with the cultural relations – at the university – and the community service sector at the Faculty. Dr. Sama was received – at the university’s headquarters – by Prof. Dr. Hisham Tamraz Vice President of O6U and Prof. Dr. Tariq Hammad, Dean of the College.

The lecture was performed at the Central Library and attended by:

Prof. Dr. Osman Mohamed, Professor of Political Science; Prof. Dr. Suzy Rashad, Vice Dean for Community Service Affairs at the College; Dr. Ghazlan Mahmoud, head of the department and academic supervisor of the model; and Mrs. Yousra Ahmed, Director of Cultural relations.

The lecture started at 11 am and ended at 2 pm.

The number of attendees was around 32 persons.
