The Library aims to facilitate the access of readers to the books that they wish to read and view outside the Library through borrowing services.

The Library offers a borrowing service for all available library collection, except references that are not allowed to use outside the Library, such as: dictionaries, manuals, references ,theses, book of one copy, and scientific periodicals.

Borrowing is allowed for a period of 14 days, renewable for another one similar period only, by himself or by telephone. In case of delayed books , a daily fine is imposed on the borrower according to the rules mentioned in the library regulations.
